- Our products carry a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement or refund. Prior to returning an item, please call Customer Service at 800-522-0499 for return instructions and a return goods authorization number.

- SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
- The shipping and handling charge on all orders shipped within the Continental United States (regardless of size) is $5.95. Actual shipping and handling charges will apply to all other destinations. For all orders shipped outside the United States, actual charges for duties, taxes and brokerage fees are payable on delivery.

- SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Orders shipped within the Continental United States will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the time we receive the order. Your credit card will be billed at the time of shipment. Orders are shipped via Federal Express, 1st Class Postal Service Mail, or Priority Postal Service Mail.
Orders shipped outside the Continental United States will be delivered 3rd Class Postal Service Mail.

- STATE AND LOCAL TAXES
- We are required by law to collect applicable state and local sales taxes on all purchases. The correct taxes (based on the shipping address) will be added to your order. The amount of the sales tax will not appear on your ordering screen. The sales tax amount will be printed on the invoice sent with your order.

When you request a catalog or place an order with Fuller Brush, we ask for your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number (if placing an order).
